Adecco India is looking to scale up its delivery network across metros and non-metros within a year. Adecco will be looking to increase its offices to 120 in 2011. Currently, it has 80 offices across the country. The move will help the company to cater to the mass requirement for temporary staff and supporting recruitment at higher levels, the company said. Adecco, which provides executive recruitment services across all levels of the corporate hierarchy, said that it was betting big on temporary staffing. It has become the first HR firm in India to have placed 1,00,000 temporary staff in various sectors across metros, tier I and tier II towns.
